FREE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY

With this ring I, use Royal Mail too ship all our Jewellery as standard. We find Royal Mail provide

the best and most secure service.

We take great care in packaging your purchase and use quality Plain packing materials to ensure your item arrives safely.

 

Items valued £100 and over will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.

Items to be sent to the Republic of Ireland and Worldwide are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.

All goods are fully insured and we provide you with a Royal Mail Track and Trace number in order for you to easily track your order. 

 

RETURNS INFO 

If you change your mind, or are unhappy with the item you have purchased you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure that any goods returned for exchange or refund are in the same condition in which they were received by you (unworn and unmarked),

along with all the packaging and paper-work that was provided with the goods.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS BY POST

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be fully insured by you at your own expense.

All goods sent for refund or exchange must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Registered Post.

Please include a covering letter with your details and instructions stating if a refund or Exchange is required.

PROCESSING EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We aim to process your refund or exchange within seven working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Our registered valuers and gemologists will test all diamonds and gemstones that have been returned to ensure their authenticity

and check the diamond characteristics against the diamond certificates we hold for each diamond.

Refunds will be issued when this process has been completed.
